Mission
We at Kempo believe human development to be
the worthiest of goals and the Kempo atmosphere to be the superior condition for
nurturing growth in people. We are dedicated to helping those we serve as well
as our teammates to develop physically, emotionally and in spirit. We use
martial arts based self-defense and conditioning programs as well as the latest
exercise science and training technologies to help all who have a stake in Kempo
develop to their fullest. We offer improved health, security, confidence,
self-discipline, power, excitement, peace, hope and strength as our products.
Vision
Our vision includes several like but
independent ventures as well as some interdependent endeavors. They are briefly
described as follows according to how they relate to each other rather than the
chronological order in which they will be built.

We will become major contributions to the
strength and cohesiveness of every community into which we expand beginning
with our services to youth in schools and continuing with adults and seniors. |

We will continue to develop the Kempo way of
training our employees until we have built Kempo University, an institution
for higher education in the fields of martial arts instruction, physical
education, exercise science, the performing arts, marketing and comprehensive
education in business and the technologies which serve our endeavors. Kempo
University will epitomize the Kempo atmosphere wherein one can grow in body,
mind and spirit. |

We will develop health and wellness programs
for the business community that will bring the Kempo Atmosphere with all its
benefits into the work place. These business centers may be linked to our
internet and satellite systems where applicable. |

We will develop, market, and manage
comprehensive conditioning programs for athletes in a variety of sports who
compete at all levels including world class and professional individuals and
teams. Kempo based programs are known to give athletes noticeable competitive
advantages both mentally and physically. |

We will ultimately develop entire
communities for the homeless and their children wherein they will be
appreciated and nurtured toward their full potential in the same Kempo
Atmosphere that has already enabled thousands to flower and grow. |
This is our vision. We hope it is in alignment
with God's will for us and if such is the circumstance that we be granted the
power to carry it out.
Basic Strategy
is to identify, understand and satisfy the
personal and collective health, security and growth wants and needs of those we
serve including individuals, families, businesses, governments, educational
institutions, communities and this planet so far as the world wide web of the
internet reaches. The effort, cooperation and dedication our Kempo team puts
forth for each other and those we serve is surely second to none anywhere in
this world. We are alert to changes in the needs of those we serve and develop
only high quality programs that we can perform well. We will continue to
recruit, develop, motivate and reward teammates of exceptional character and
dedication by providing good working conditions, emotional support, financial
and employment security with opportunity for growth and advancement.
